Polymechanic apprentice becomes team leader

Former apprentice becomes in-house trainer and team leader responsible for maintaining moulds.

Do you still know why you chose GF as the place to do your apprenticeship training?

I chose GF because of the size of the company, but also its family-like atmosphere. Practically everyone knows each other's names. The work is really diverse, which was extremely important for me. One other positive note was the staff canteen for lunch.

What about further education? Did you have any qualifications?

I didn't have any particular further education, but afterwards I attended a few courses in parallel to my daily work and became an in-house apprenticeship trainer.
