Electronics engineer
Job description
As an electronics engineer specializing in plant and process engineering, your role involves commissioning and maintaining automated production systems. You respond promptly to malfunctions, utilizing your expertise in circuit diagrams and electrical testing. Specializing in programming robots and control systems is essential due to the complexity of the highly automated equipment.
Your challenge
Our modern, fully automated production systems must be available at all times. You will be involved in the commissioning of new systems right from the start and will then be responsible for the professional maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
As an electronics engineer specializing in plant and process engineering, you are usually the first person to respond to a malfunction or equipment failure. You will assess the situation and react quickly to get production up and running again.
To do this, you will learn to understand technical circuit and wiring diagrams so that you can systematically get to the bottom of faults and malfunctions. You will also learn how to test electrical functions and systems. Our equipment is highly automated and complex. This requires specialists trained in programming robots and control systems.

Foundry technician
Job description
As a foundry technician, you oversee the die casting process from alloy composition to finishing. You address defects using tests and acquire skills in metalworking and quality assurance, becoming a specialist in the entire casting process after your apprenticeship.
Your challenge
As a foundry technician, you will be involved in all steps of the die casting process. Your tasks will cover the entire production process of a casting: You will be responsible for alloy composition, melting, casting and finishing. In the event of production changes, you will assist with retooling and adjusting the die casting system. You will use tests, such as radiography or melt evaluation, to identify and analyze casting defects and take independent action to prevent or correct them. You will also learn the basics of metalworking. This includes welding, thermal cutting and quality assurance. After your apprenticeship, no one will be able to fool you: You will be a specialist in the entire casting process.

Your challenge
Design engineers combine theory and practice. On the one hand, you will learn how to create design drawings for machine, tool, metal and steel components, and on the other hand, you will be right in the middle of manufacturing the parts.
With the help of computer programs, you will create drawings of components and assemblies for machine or tool construction for or with our customers. This makes you an important interface between us and the car manufacturers.
Your drawings of individual components and assemblies must also comply with standards. What exactly does that mean? During your training, you will acquire all the necessary knowledge in the area of standardization and norms for designs.

Metal technician – tooling technology, machining technology
Job description
Ensuring high-quality die cast parts involves maintaining and optimizing die casting molds and stamping tools. As a professional, you'll perform regular service, create spare parts using CNC machines, and impact product quality through assembly, testing, and commissioning of tools.
Your challenge
To produce die cast parts, we need sophisticated tools that are used in fully automated die casting systems to manufacture our products. In technical terms, these are known as "die casting molds" and "stamping tools".
These tools require regular service and maintenance, as well as various optimizations to ensure that the usual high component quality is maintained. You will carry out these activities professionally and manufacture various spare and wear parts for these tools. This is done according to technical drawings and designs on the latest computerized numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or electric discharge machines (EDM). Once the tools are assembled, tested and commissioned, your work has a direct impact on the quality of our products.
