Over the decades, we have developed extensive expertise in manufacturing. After the early beginnings with traditional methods, the switch to injection molding took place in 1998. Today, we use highly automated installations to produce sophisticated injection molded parts for gas and water supply.

Plastics technologist, Federal VET Diploma

Your challenge

You ensure the availability of our fully automated injection molding machines, you are responsible for their setup, maintenance and servicing. In the event of a malfunction, you are the first point of contact and quickly restore production operations. In doing so, you ensure quality, optimize processes and actively contribute your know-how to the project team in order to achieve improvements in production. In addition, you support the introduction of new products and define the manufacturing processes according to established standards. 

Apprenticeship program

  • Duration: 4 years

  • Sampling of new tools according to quality and economic aspects

    Plastics production assistant, Federal VET Certificate

    Your challenge

    You ensure the availability of our fully automated injection molding machines, you are responsible for their flattering and you take care of their maintenance and repair. In the event of simple malfunctions, you are the first point of contact and you quickly restore production operations. In doing so, you ensure quality.

      Automation engineer, Federal VET Diploma

      Your challenge

      Automation engineers ensure that our state-of-the-art automation systems run smoothly. You program and configure controls, monitor and optimize installations and machines, and carry out regular maintenance work. You are the first point of contact for technical faults, efficiently rectifying them and ensuring production operations. You also work actively on process optimization and contribute your technical know-how to development projects. You also support the putting into operation of new installations.

        Your challenge

        Mechanical technicians ensure that damaged injection molding tools are repaired and that defective components that fail during production are remanufactured. They also carry out quality controls on the manufactured components.

          You are responsible for the maintenance, control and cleaning of our industrial building and the outdoor facilities at the Subingen location.

            What are the working hours during the apprenticeship?

            Our apprentices work 8 hours a day in day-to-day operations. 

            What prospects do I have in your company after completing the apprenticeship?

            Our goal is to offer every apprentice a permanent position after their apprenticeship. However, we cannot guarantee this. What we do offer, however, is the opportunity for every apprentice to stay with us for additional six months after completing their apprenticeship.
