Job description

As part of the apprenticeship, you will go through our departments of purchasing and logistics, marketing, customer service, controlling and financial accounting, as well as our internal sales department.

Your challenge

We will teach you all the processes and activities of the individual departments:

  • Procurement and purchasing of goods
  • Support and consultation of our customers via email and phone
  • Preparation of offers and processing of orders
  • Organization of marketing measures and creation of advertising brochures
  • Handling returns and complaints
  • Processing invoices and payment transactions
  • Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs, including possible attendance at trade fairs
  • General office and administrative tasks

Apprenticeship program

  • Duration: 3 years 

This job suits you if...

  • you have at least a good intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or A-levels (Abitur).
  • you have good written and oral expression skills in German as well as a good basic knowledge of English.
  • mathematics is one of your strengths.
  • you enjoy commercial activities and working with people.
  • you have strong communication skills, a high level of commitment and absolute reliability describe you. 
  • you have already completed first internships (ideally).

    Can I do an internship at your company?

    You are welcome to get in touch with us and we will look for a suitable period. That way you can decide whether this is the right career choice for you.

    What is the application deadline?

    The apprenticeship starts annually on 1 September. We accept applications until 30 April.

    What is the application process like and is there an assessment center?

    We will review your application documents (cover letter, resume, and your last two school report cards). Then, we will invite you to a short phone interview to get a first impression. If the interview goes well, we will send you a link to a so-called "GIA test." This test does not contain typical questions that should cause you any concern. Please complete the GIA test before your in-person interview in Albershausen, as we will discuss it then.
